LEADERSHIP AS A STRATEGY

The essence of strategy is leadership. No one will follow you if you do not know where to be moved. Akio Morita Sony gives direction to find new markets with the title "pioneer spirit". Sony has a principle of respect and support the ability of a person and always brought the best out of someone. This is a vital force for the Sony "Morita said. John Kotter argues that leadership is different from management.
