LEADER CANDIDATE Paradise (1)

In the book At-Tibr Al-Masbuk fi Nashihah of al-Muluk, Al-Ghazali provides advice to the leaders with 10 points of advice. First, leaders must know the position and the importance of power. Indeed power is the most favor from God. Anyone who exercise power correctly, then he will gain happiness that is unrivaled, and there is no happiness beyond that. Who was negligent and did not uphold the rule correctly, then he will get punishment for the rejection of God. "Justice leader one day more dear to God than the worship of seventy years" the words of the Prophet.
Second, always longing for advice of the scholars and the likes to listen to their advice. Be careful with the scholars who loves the world. They will memperdayaimu, looking kerelaanmu to get what is in your hands of things that are bad and unlawful for them to get something with the maker and deceit. People who have knowledge are those who do not want your riches, and those who always give the discourse and advice. Umar bin Abdul Aziz said to Muhammad ibn Ka'b al-Qurzhi "Explain to me about justice". He answered "Yes Muslims are older than you, make as parents. Anyone who was younger than you, make as a child. Anyone who was the same, make brothers. Punish any person who made mistakes in accordance with the levels of the law. A whip to the Muslims because of hatred, will take you to hell. "
Third, do not feel satisfied with the feeling that never do injustice. More than that, Educate servants, friends, pegwai and the wakilmu. Do not stay silent saw tyranny them, karsesungguhnya you will be asked about the deeds unjust they sebagana be asked about the deed zalimmu. Umar ibn Kaththab write a letter to his subordinates, namely Abu Musa al-Asy'ary as follows: "Sngguhnya representative of the happiest was the representative of the people feel happy indeed representative of the most wretched is the representative of the people in the most miserable. Therefore, the ease because the real bawahanmu will follow your behavior. Perumpamaanmu is like an animal to see the green grass, and eat in the number of banyhingga fat. Apparently kegemukannya bring misfortune because it makes him slaughtered and eaten by humans. "
Fourth, most representatives have the properties arrogant. One form of arrogance is when angry, he would be sentenced. Anger is a matter of destroying reason, enemies and diseases of reason. Anger is a quarter of destruction. If anger mendominasimu, then you must incline to the nature of forgiveness and return to nature noble. If it becomes a habit, then you have to emulate the prophets and the holy man. If you make anger as a habit, then you are similar to wild beasts. From Abu Darda 'r.a. said: "O Messenger of Allah, show me suatuamalan that will put me in heaven. Rasullah said: "Do not be angry, you will enter Paradise."
Fifth, in fact at every event that happen to you, you have to imagine that you are one of the people, while apart from you is a leader. With that, what is you pleasure for yourself, nor will be blessed by one of the Muslims. If you meridhai them in what is not you ridhai for yourself, that you betrayed and deceived bawahanmu. "Who wants to survive the hot fires of hell and into heaven, he must - when it comes to her death, found the testimony of the verbal. Every pleasure that he was not for himself, then none of the Muslims pleasure to him. "
