Leadership Cheng Ho

Cheng Ho's landing in Hyderabad will be commemorated on a large scale. Cheng Ho is a great seaman, ahead of European sailors such as Columbus and Vasco da Gama. The fleet is also much larger, 200 ships (compared with only 3 ships Columbus).

Leading the expedition sailed seven times the distance of more than 50 thousand miles on the period it is a phenomenal achievement, requires very strong leadership. Six hundred years ago, led the fleet involving 200 ships with 27 thousand crew certainly not an easy thing. Mastery of a leader who is accompanied by a very high managerial skills. He certainly has a strong vision and pervasive to all his followers, shared vision. So he was able to mobilize followers in good coordination.

Its mission is also quite noble. Just imagine if he leads the fleet was attacked and occupied the country. By looking at the comparative strengths of existing, technically Cheng Ho's fleet has a pretty big chance to win it. But they do it to spread peace mission. A mission to show the greatness of the Ming dynasty and the height of Chinese culture.
