SOULS OF SUCCESS COMPANY

In the book Prolegomena, Ibn Khaldun's contribution to the cross-disciplinary dynamic models. The entire model can be summarized by Ibn Khaldun in his advice to the king as follows. Strength of sovereignty (al-mulk) can not be maintained except by implementing sharia. Sharia can not be implemented except by a sovereign (al-mulk). Sovereignty will not gain power unless supported by human resources (ar-rijal). Human resources can not be maintained unless the property (al-mal). Property can not be obtained except by the construction of (al - Imarah). Development can not be achieved except by the construction of (al-adl). Is a measure of justice (al-mizan) which God used to evaluate the human and contain loads of Sovereignty responsibility to uphold justice.

This advice reflects the dynamic character and cross-discipline of Ibn Khaldun's analysis. He is cross-disciplinary as connecting all the political and socioeconomic variables are important, such as the Sharia (S), the political authority or wazi (G), human or rijal (N), or the mall property (W), development or Imarah (g) and justice or al-adl (j), in an interdependent rotation cycle, influencing each other and in turn will be influenced by others as well. Considering the operation of this cycle occurs in a chain reaction in a long perioede dynamism dimension included in the overall analysis and helps explain how political factors, moral, social, economic and continuously interact and influence the progress and setbacks or fall and built a civilization . This also applies to companies downs specified by the Shariah (S), policy management (G), the quality of human resources (N), working capital (W), corporate performance (g) and justice (j) is applied in the company.

In the book-Tibr At Masbuk fi al-Nashihah al-Muluk, written by al-Ghazali Zayd ibn Aslam narrated recalled as follows: One night, I saw 'Umar ibn al-Khattab traveled with the squad tonight. I see him and say "Can I come with you?". Umar replied "Sure". When we were out of town, we saw the fire, we said "there's probably a wanderer". We headed toward the fire. We saw a widow woman with three children who were crying. The woman had put the pot on the fire. She said "God grant me the justice of Umar. Bring me my place right away. He was our satiety hunger. "Hearing these words, 'Umar went over and say hello to him. He then said "Can I draw near unto you?". She said "If you approach me to do better then the name of Allah I allow". Umar approached and asked him about the situation she and her children. She said "I and my children come from distant places. I felt scared and they feel hungry. Me and my kids are tired and hungry so that they can not sleep ". Umar asked "So what's in that pot?" She said "I put water in the pot to distract them so they think that it was the food. Thus they will be patient. "Umar went to the grocery store to buy food. He went to the store to buy flour and a sack full of flour. Then put the bag on his shoulder and went to the woman and her children. Zaid said: "O Commander of the Faithful, let me carrying the bag." Umar said: "If you memanggulkan sack me, then who will bear my sin and that will prevent me from praying women and children that?". Finally Umar was carrying his own bags and crying until he reached the place the woman. She said "Thank you, may Allah repay you with a better return." Umar took some parts of flour and some food, then put them in a pot and lit the fire. Every time the fire was dead, so he blew the dust falling into his face and clothes. He did it until the food is cooked. Umar then put the food in a large bowl and said to the woman "Eat". Finally, women and children eat these foods. Umar said: "O woman, do not you pray for Umar accident because he did not know the real story about feeling and your children." Omar brings heart and soul in meminpin.
